I was hoping to find a few scents I really liked, but the selection just felt kind of boring to me. Compared to other fragrance options I’ve tried, these didn’t really stand out or feel like my style. Nothing was terrible, but nothing really worked for me either.

I canceled my Aroma360 subscription it wasn’t too much of a hassle. Support took a little while to respond, but they handled it in the end and got everything sorted out fine

"I picked this up for my living room..."
I picked this up for my living room it’s been doing a good job so far. The scent spreads around the room nicely without being overwhelming, especially after I turned the setting down a bit. I did have to play around with the settings at first to get it right, but once I figured it out, no issues. Happy with it overall??

"Smells good, but disappears fast"
I’ll be honest, my first thought was that this was going to be a winner because the scent is really nice right after it runs.
Pretty quickly though, I changed my mind. The smell just doesn’t hang around in my place, and I kept catching myself wanting to turn it up, which obviously burns through more oil.
For what it costs, I expected it to last a lot longer. Quick judgment: nice scent, weak staying power, and not really worth it for me

"Surprisingly easy to get going"
I was expecting setup to be more of a pain, but it was straightforward. I’m not exactly the person you’d call when something needs to be installed, and I still had it plugged in and running in about 10 minutes. The instructions were clear enough, which was a nice surprise, even if one step was written like they assumed I’d already done this before.
I’m giving it 4 stars because the app needed a little babysitting before it finally connected properly. Once it got over itself, everything worked fine, and the scent started coming through quickly. Not perfect, but definitely easier than I thought it would be.

"Refund is taking way too long"
I returned my order a while ago and I’m still waiting to hear back about my refund. I’ve checked for updates, but nothing has come through yet. It’s really frustrating and disappointing because I just want this resolved and to feel like my issue actually matters.

"Canceling Was More Hassle Than It Was Worth"
The scent was fine in my opinion, nothing amazing but not bad either. What really bothered me was the subscription. I kept getting billed, and canceling took way more back-and-forth messages than I expected. Support was slow to respond too, so personally, I wouldn’t sign up again...

"Cost way too much and messed up my plans"
I wanted to love Aroma360, but the price just feels ridiculous for what you actually get. I bought it thinking it would make my place smell amazing for a get-together I had planned, and instead I ended up stressing over whether the scent was even noticeable. The machine and oils are already expensive, and then the refills cost a lot too, so it adds up really fast. For that kind of money, I expected a much stronger, longer-lasting scent. Disappointing, and it ruined the vibe I was going for. Not worth it for me.

I felt a little embarrassed having people over because the smell was so strong in my living room. It didn’t just stay in one spot either — it felt like it was everywhere, and it made the whole room feel kind of weird.

"Smells Great, Just Goes a Bit Fast"
I really like the scent, it smells fresh and pleasant without being too strong. The only thing I noticed is that it uses up the oil faster than I expected. Still, I’ve enjoyed using it overall...

I’ll give it credit, it seemed decent enough at first, but my nose clearly had other plans. I started sneezing nonstop after using it, so while it may work for people with stronger immune systems than mine, it definitely wasn’t for me

I’ve been happy with the coverage in my living room. It reaches most of my downstairs without any trouble, though I do wish it was a little stronger out in the hallway
"App works well enough, but support worries me"
I actually like being able to change the scent level from my phone and set a schedule without having to mess with the diffuser itself. The app is simple to use for the most part, though every now and then it takes a bit to connect or refresh, which gets annoying. It hasn’t been a huge problem so far, but I’m always a little skeptical when something app-related acts up because I don’t have much faith that customer service would be helpful if it really stopped working. Overall, though, it does what I need and makes the diffuser way easier to use.

"Too noisy, and no one seems to take responsibility"
I bought this expecting it to be something that could just run quietly in the background, but it’s way louder than I thought it would be. There’s this constant humming, plus random clicking sounds that get really annoying, especially in a smaller room. I ended up having to turn it off at night because I couldn’t sleep with it on. What’s more frustrating is trying to get help and feeling like nobody really takes ownership of the issue. For the price, I expected better.

I actually like the smell a lot, and that matters to me. Yeah, it does leak a bit sometimes, but it’s not like it ruins the whole thing. I still think it’s decent overall.

"Smelled cheap and hit way too hard"
I really wanted to like aroma360, but the scent just wasn’t it for me. Instead of giving “luxury home,” it gave “aggressively perfumed hotel bathroom,” which is obviously the cozy vibe we all dream of.
I tried turning it down, but the smell still had this sharp, fake edge that ended up giving me a headache. For what it costs, I expected something a lot better, not a pricey plug-in air freshener with confidence issues. I unplugged it after a few days

"Helpful when I needed a quick fix"
I had a small issue with my order and wasn’t totally sure if everything had gone through the way it was supposed to.
I contacted Aroma360 customer service, and they got back to me quickly. The first response was a bit general, but once I gave them more details, they were able to sort it out and send me the information I needed.
Overall, it was a good experience. It wasn’t absolutely perfect, but they did respond, helped me out, and didn’t make the process feel like a hassle

"Shipping took forever and the terms changed"
I ordered more than two weeks ago and I’m still waiting for it to show up. The tracking barely updates, so I have no idea what’s actually going on. What makes it even more frustrating is that the terms seemed to change after I ordered, which feels unfair. this has been really annoying and I don’t think I’ll order from them again.

"Mystery Charges, How Fun"
A bunch of charges showed up on my account and I genuinely had no clue what I was actually paying for. The billing details felt like they were tucked away in some secret vault, and support somehow managed to make it only slightly less confusing. Really loved playing detective with my own money. Not impressed
